A GLIMMER OF HOPE :) ADOPTED!

UPDATE: Glimmer is doing well in her foster home and she discovered she loves to swim. She is making huge progress EVERY day thanks to her wonderful foster mom Jessi at The Dog Patch 🙂

Glimmer is a SHY but sweet, 6 month old Rotti/Shepherd mix. She weighs about 45 lbs and was recently spayed. Glimmer was found as a stray in Surrey by Animal Control and placed in the Surrey Animal Shelter. This proved to be too much for Glimmer as she would take to the back of her kennel and shake. Glimmer was transferred to Cross Our Paws RESCUE shortly after she cleared her stray-hold period. The shelter named her Glimmer because she showed some strong promise once she was in the company of other dogs. There was now a Glimmer of hope for her.

Glimmer is going to need time and patience and is not suitable to be in a home with kids. She will need an experience dog owner to help her progress to the next stage. An active, quiet home with a secure yard and another confident dog would be ideal.
