Zola is a 5 month old Boxer/American Bull Dog cross (guess). She is a lovely dog that is good with people and other dogs. Sadly, Zola took ill shortly after her Spay surgery and required constant care and IV fluids for almost a week. Zola was diagnosed with a serious case of Corona Virus and is now on the mend. Zola is in foster care with a family that have no other pets. She is doing well and improving EVERY day. If you would like to donate towards Zola’s vet bill please let us know. We appreciate any amount and no amount is too small 😉

Well Hello Sweet Shadow!

Shadow is a Shepherd/Aussie/Lab mix about 4.5 months old. Shadow isn’t quite ready for adoption YET. He can be extremely shy of people but flourishes when he is in the company of another confident canine. We will be looking for an “adult only” home for Shadow in the next coming weeks. He will be neutered before adoption. Visit his post here under our Pet List. An adoption application must be submitted prior to a meet and greet.

Shadow’s needs are:

An experience owner that knows and has worked with shy dogs.
A home with another confident, friendly, social dog.
A quiet but active home would be ideal.
A home where someone is around part of the day to ensure his house-training stays on the right path.
A home with a secure yard as Shadow loves to run, play and race around the yard.
A home that will keep Shadow indoors when no one is home (standard policy).

Please keep checking back for updates on our Cross Our Paws Facebook page or our Blog here.

A HUGE THANK YOU to FurDoos for making our adoptable Chelsea feel SO much better!!! She looks amazing!!! Chelsea was the victim of a puppy mill near 100 Mile House. They bred her so many times ALL her teeth needed to be removed as they were rotten. Her tongue hangs out to one side which gives her even more character. Chelsea is good with other dogs and cats but little kids scare her as she has never lived with them. Chelsea is a 10 yr old King Charles Cavalier. She is now spayed (yay…no more pups for Chelsea) and ready to warm your lap. Thanks again FurDoos!!! Visit her post here; — in North Vancouver.
